Purchase and Payment process

1.      Conditions of Sale

Your order represents an offer on your part to purchase products from our supplier. We will acknowledge receipt of your order without delay by sending you an email confirmation which will not constitute any form the acceptance of your order. The purchase will only be binding once we have notified you the acceptance of it and the products have been shipped. This means that if the products are displayed on our website, but are not available or prices are incorrect or incorrectly described, FEELWHEELS, S.L.: is not obliged to sell the products under those conditions. 

2.      Prices

The price of the products you request is the price displayed on the website at the time of confirmation of your order, we will send via e-mail a confirmation of the receipt of your order. The prices of our products are quoted in the currency of the selected country at the time of purchase on our website, with all taxes, preparation and shipping cost included

If an error is found in the price of products you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and we will offer you the option of reconfirming your purchase order with the correct price or canceling the order instead. If you cancel the order we will refund the total price to your credit card within 15 days.

3.      Shipping charges

Shipping charges are free for orders delivery address at European Union countries. For other countries out of European Union shipping charges are determined by transportation quote and are always shown separately including all taxes.

Regarding the value added tax, as a general rule it will be applied the tax rate of 21% for the territory of the European Union, where this tax applies, or any other legal rate in effect at the time of contract.

There are exempted from paying this tax all companies belonging to countries of the European Union, except Spain. Sales to any other country in the world are VAT free; however the customs systems of each country apply the corresponding taxes.

Due to their special tax regime, are considered out of the EU the geographic territories of Ceuta and Melilla. Therefore, purchases made by residents of these territories are exempt from paying VAT but the costs of customs clearance and import taxes are not included in the item price or the shipping price, which must be paid in addition

In the special case of Canary Islands price will be charged with the corresponding tax IGIC, which is levied on the final consumption with rates of 3% instead of 21% and there are no extra charges of customs clearance or import taxes.

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment. But we will apply the quoted prices available during the purchase (according to the order confirmation mail)

All ordered goods remain on our property until we received thec omplete payment.

4.      Payment Methods

Payment for purchases is made in the currency of the country selected at purchase time and in advance by bank transfer, Debit Card, Credit Card or Paypal.

If you want to pay through bank transfer you must contact by e-mail to [email protected]  indicating all purchase details: quantity (number of units), contact person and delivery address. After your request is received and within 3 working days, you will be sent an e-mail informing of beneficiary account, amount due and assigned order number. Please do not forget to indicate the assigned order number as a bank transfer concept.

Bank cards accepted: American Express, Visa, Master-Card and Maestro.

In the case of credit card payments, payment will be authorized in the purchase time.

For Paypal, the amount of purchases will be charged to the Paypal account immediately.

In case of a rejection from the bank, the order will be canceled automatically and the customer will be informed by sending an email. If the purchase amount is wrongly charge to a user without the user's bank card identification being verified by FEELWHEELS, S.L. the user can demand the immediate cancellation of the charge by sending an email, and we will make the refund of the amount unduly charged within 15 days. However, if the purchase was been properly effected by the user requiring the cancellation of the charge, the user must compensate FEELWHEELS, S.L. for any damages caused by such cancellation.

In the event that the amount cannot be charged, regardless of the reason, the order will be immediately canceled.

To avoid fraud, payments made via this website will be managed with banking institutions involved.
