1.      Delivery & Time

The delivery of the purchased products will be based on an estimate within 5 working days in Spain and seven working days in other European Country (counting from order confirmation) if there is availability. Delivery times are always approximate and are not guaranteed.

If your product is not delivered within the specified time, please contact[email protected], Stating your order number, order date and name or email. This will help us track your order and notify the delivery date. If we not deliver the products in the estimated time, we will have no responsibility for any delay incurred by us or the consequences of it.

If you have not received the product in the order within 30 days after the notice sent by e-mail, you will have the option to cancel your order and request a full refund. If you want to cancel your order at the end of such period, please notify us requesting a full refund.


Transports shall only made by courier or transport companies. Please note that a signature is required on receipt of the order. All orders must be signed by a person over 18 years old. If no one competent is available at the delivery address to accept delivery of the products, you will be prompted to contact our shuttle to set an alternative delivery date or place to collect the products.


The ownership of the products and the risk of damage to the products are assigned to you at the time of delivery. If when delivery occurs the packaging is damaged, you are prompted to open the package in the presence of the courier or carrier to check the condition of the products. In case of damage to the product, you must write them down on the delivery note and contact [email protected] .


Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes.


For defective products or delivered by mistake, FEELWHEELS S.L. will manage the collection. Depending on availability, we will send a new shipment notice by e-mail and you will be sent automatically and immediately the right product, in case the same article does not remain in Stock you will be refunded the purchase amount. FEELWHEELS S.L. will not assume any extra cost if the buyer uses a different way for return than the ones made available by FEELWHEELS, S.L


Each delivery is considered completed from the moment at which the carrier makes the product available to the customer, which is achieved through the control system used by the company.

It is the client's responsibility to check the order at the time of delivery and to inform FEELWHEELS, S.L. claims that appear justified. The customer may also reject delivery if the product to be delivered is open or has obvious signs of deterioration.

If the delivered goods do not conform in nature or quality to the specifications in the delivery slip, the customer can file claims by email to the following email address: [email protected] or by calling +34 609 629 972. If within 2 business days after sending the order, the customer does not have from his/her order, he/she should send an email to [email protected], notifying of such incidence and customer service will conduct a research with the help of the carrier. FEELWHEELS, S.L. reserves the right to modify the shipping type and the company for which it is made, regardless of what transpired in these pages, and provided no way be detrimental to the client.

2.      Availability

If any of the products you order is unavailable once already it has been invoiced, FEEWHEELS, SL agrees to send the customer the products available and proceed to refund the product out of stock. This does not apply in case of early sales offers and special conditions of preorders or when the customer has been informed and accepted before or after the payment a late delivery date.

3.      Methods and place of delivery

The products are always sent accompanied by the corresponding delivery note.


Since FEELWHEELS, S.L. allows shipments to Spain and throughout Europe, in specific cases where the recipient is outside Europe, products may likewise be sent with the corresponding shipping fee.To optimize delivery, FEELWHEELS, S.L. asks its customers to provide an address in which the order can be delivered during normal business hours.
